Christians must respond to evil with good,
taking the Cross upon themselves as Jesus did.
Let us walk together along the way of the Cross and
let us do so carrying in our hearts this word of love and forgiveness.

A group of volunteers come together each Good Friday to perform a re-enactment of the Way of the Cross. The aim is to bring Jesus’ suffering to life and to help to deepen parishioners understanding of Jesus’ final journey from Pilate’s courtroom to Calvary.
While many parishioners have specific parts, everyone is welcome to dress-up and join in. Costumes are available in the Parish centre on Good Friday.
